Products usually ship within two business days from our location in South Jordan, UT, USA, or a manufacturer's / distributor's warehouse in the US or UK (UK duvet covers).
International Shipping outside of the USA: Many of our items are available for international shipping. Heavier items such as bedding and furniture might be excluded. Please email us with any questions you may have and we'll be happy to answer and help. Please note that we do not collect any customs fees and your government agency may require you to pay them upon delivery. We do not have control over this. In case an international order is returned back to us, a refund will be issued less the shipping fees and any additional fees we may incur for such a return.
