Shipping to AK, HI and territories is calculated based on weight. Products usually ship within two business days from our location in South Jordan, UT, USA, or a manufacturer's / distributor's warehouse in the US or UK (UK duvet covers).
International Shipping outside of the USA: Many of our items are available for international shipping. Heavier items such as bedding and furniture might be excluded. Please email us with any questions you may have and we'll be happy to answer and help. Please note that we do not collect any customs fees and your government agency may require you to pay them upon delivery. We do not have control over this. In case an international order is returned back to us, a refund will be issued less the shipping fees and any additional fees we may incur for such a return.
Personalized items are made per order in the USA and ship from the manufacturer within 3-7 days.
Delivery time frame is usually one week within the US and approximately 14-16 days for the duvet covers shipped from the UK to the USA. International orders usually take 10-14 days to arrive.
