Ordering & Shipping Policy

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

There may be certain times when orders will be cancelled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in an order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or typographical errors in product or pricing information, or problems associated with fraud. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact a customer if all or any portion of an order needs to be canceled or if additional information is required to accept an order. Orders with fake, incomplete or invalid phone numbers and/or emails will not be processed and will be cancelled at our discretion.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Majority of the merchandise sold in our store is shipped directly from the manufacturers and distributors in the US or overseas. We cannot guarantee products ordered will be available in a manufacturer's physical stock at all times and/or in quantities ordered. Although we strive to keep stock information as accurate as possible, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If a product is backordered or no longer available, a customer will be contacted with details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept following online payments: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal.

SALES TAX

Currently, our company is required to collect taxes in the following states on following merchandise:

  • State of Utah - all merchandise shipped to a Utah address, 7.75%
  • State of Florida - Sweet Jojo Designs merchandise shipped to FL, 7.0%
  • State of Texas - Majaneo quilts shipped to TX, 8.25%
  • State of California - Greenland Home Fashions quilts shipped to CA, 7.25%

Tax is not added on shipping and gift cards. With changing tax laws and our increasing sales volume, more states may be added as we will be required to collect a sales tax on behalf of a customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please email us to inquire or place your order. We may be able to ship your order internationally (depends on the item). International customers outside of USA can also use services such as MyUS.com or other US package forwarding agency. They will provide you with a US-based shipping address, collect your parcels, and forward all shipments to your country for a fee. SHIPPING TIME

In general, our items ship within one to three business days, depending on the manufacturer it ships from. Some vintage merchandise and collectibles ship directly from our location in South Jordan UT. Personalized items take approximately one week to make and ship within 7-10 days. Duvet cover sets from the UK usually ship within two business days and take approximately two weeks to arrive through the USPS.

ORDER EDITING

Once the order is placed, the system does not allow a customer to go back and edit their order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after the order is placed for assistance with order editing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to various speeds with which the orders are processed at any given time, we do not guarantee the order will be cancellable although we will make every effort to accommodate the customer.  Once the order/payment has been processed but the order has not shipped yet and it has been determined that it is still possible to stop the shipment, the customer will be charged 5% order cancellation fee to reverse the processed order and issue a refund. If it is too late to stop the shipment from our manufacturer or distributor, such orders will ship and will have to be returned following our standard return policy.
'Pending' order status displayed on the website is not to be considered a confirmation that an order has not shipped yet. Tracking numbers are often added retrospectively - orders shipped in the morning may get updated with the tracking numbers later that day. If a customer sends a cancellation email or leaves a voicemail message cancelling the order, the order is not considered cancelled until a confirmation email or a phone call from our representative is returned confirming that the cancellation has been completed.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders above certain threshold amount. However, if such merchandise is later returned the actual initial shipping cost will be deducted in addition to the return restocking fee. All details will be provided in a reply email to a customer's return request.

ORDER TRACKING AND DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Tracking update is emailed to a customer when the order is marked as 'shipped'.  If a package is not tracking, please wait at least 24 hours for a delivery agency to update their records. We reserve the right to wait 21 days from the date of mailing for domestic shipments and 40 days for shipments coming from overseas before we file a claim and start processing a reshipment or process a refund due to a lost shipment. By placing an order on our site, a customer agrees to this policy.

DAMAGED AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Shipment Claims: A customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise as soon as possible after its receipt. Any claim of missing, incorrect or damaged item(s) has to be received by email within three (30 days of receipt for it to be honored. Merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturers and distributors and any claim has to be initiated within a reasonable time frame in order to be accepted. Please email our customer service with attached images of the incorrect or damaged product. Claims without images will not be honored. The manufacturer reviews the images, processes the claim and reships the merchandise at no cost to the customer.
If a package is scanned by a delivery agency (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS) as delivered but a customer does not have the package, a claim will be initiated and redelivery arranged. If a customer decides to cancel the order at this point, order will be handled as a return and our standard return policy applies with a standard restocking fee.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer warehouses and distributors. They assess restocking fees as high as 20% whenever shipments are returned to them as missed deliveries, refusals or incorrect/insufficient address provided. If order is returned due to refusal upon delivery, incorrect/insufficient shipping address, failure to pick up or make alternative delivery arrangements when a notice is left resulting in a subsequent return, a customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, inbound, outbound, as well as applicable restocking fee.
